Pique verde is made from roasting ají caballero chilies, cubanelle peppers, garlic, onions, and blended with fresh parsley, cilantro, culantro, olive oil, and lime juice.[1]
This sauce may be served with meats, fish, tostones, viandas (root vegetables), mofongoorrice and beans.
