Prince's Hamburgers is a chain of hamburger restaurants. The business was founded in Dallas on Lemon Ave. in 1929 by George Douglas “Doug” Prince, Jr. and expanded into Houston, peaking at 18 locations.[1] The last location in Houston closed in 2018,[2] but the restaurant was revived in 2020 with one location.[3]
