Relaxo Footwears Limited is an Indian multinational footwear manufacturer based in New Delhi. The company is the largest footwear manufacturer in India in terms of volume and second-largest in terms of revenue.[5][6] The company makes products under 10 brands including Flite, Sparx, Bahamas and Schoolmate.[7][8][9][10][11]

Among Bollywood actors signed up to endorse the company's brands are Salman Khan,[12] Akshay Kumar,[13] Katrina Kaif[14] and Sonakshi Sinha.[15]

In December 2023, Relaxo Footwears acquired a 30-acre land parcel in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, for ₹135 crore.[16] Sparx is one of the most famous brands owned by Relaxo.
