Robert Quincy Beard (December 7, 1929 – March 8, 2021) was an American politician. He served as a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.[1]

Life and career

Beard was born in Iredell County, North Carolina. He attended Lenoir–Rhyne College.[2]

Beard served in the North Carolina House of Representatives[1] from 1969 to 1975.

Beard died on March 8, 2021,[3][4] at the age of 91.
