Rognedinsky District (Russian: Рогне́динский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[6] district (raion), one of the twenty-seveninBryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,051 square kilometers (406 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (awork settlement) of Rognedino.[1] Population: 6,202 (2021 Census);[8] 7,284 (2010 Russian census);[3] 8,952 (2002 Census);[9] 11,014 (1989 Soviet census).[10] The population of Rognedino accounts for 44.7% of the district's total population.[8]
