This article has been checked against the following criteria for B-class status:
The correct name for the formation is 1st Raider/Paratrooper Brigade, 1η ΤΑΞΚΔ-ΑΛ (1η Ταξιαρχία Kαταδρομών-Αλεξιπτωτιστών) - 1 TAXKD-AL (1 Taxiarhia Katadromon-Alexiptotiston). The term "Commando" is not used in any official capacity in the Hellenic Army. Members of this brigade are "Raiders" (Katadromeas, Katadromeis); in addition, the term "Squadron" is used to denote the battalion-sized units that make up the Brigade, not "Battalion". The correct formation is as follows -
480th Signal Battalion (480ο ΤΔΒ - 480 Tagma Diavivaseon)
13th Signal Company (13ος ΛΔΒ - 13 Lohos Diavivaseon)
2nd Paratrooper Regiment (2ο ΣΑΛ - 2 Syntagma Alexiptotiston),organized in
1st Paratrooper Squadron (1η ΜΑΛ - 1 Mira Alexiptotiston)
2nd Paratrooper Squadron (2η ΜΑΛ - 2 Mira Alexiptotiston)
Special Paratrooper Unit (ETA - Eidiko Tmima Alexiptotiston)
In addition, the history section refers to the history of the LOK in general, and not of this particular unit, which is of far more recent creation. It should be clarified that the current unit was established recently as an umbrella for all LOK formations. Someone knowledgeable enough should elaborate on this. The structure shown is not accurate. The regimental HQs do not exist, and haven't existed for two decades. The brigade has five battalions (B,D,E raider battalions and 1,2 paratrooper battalions), all directly under the brigade, the 14 signals company, the briagde HQ company and two company-sized training bases. ETA or any other unit do not belong to the brigade. The nominal strength of the brigade is around 2400 men.Xristar (talk) 15:24, 6 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
