Petro Poroshenko Bloc did not participate in elections before 2014 "as UDAR"[edit]

It is quite inaccurate to claim that the Petro Poroshenko Bloc won “40 seats (as UDAR)” in the Ukrainian parliamentary elections in 2012, as this implies Petro Poroshenko Bloc descended from UDAR or that UDAR and Petro Poroshenko Bloc are virtually the same. However, it is not more than a cooperation between both parties and the Petro Poroshenko Bloc existed (under different names) since 2000, long before Klitschko's petty UDAR. And only a minority of the representatives from the UDAR party (not more than 30%) came into the new Verkhovna Rada through the lists of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc. In the same manner, someone may claim the Opposition Bloc won lots of seats in the 2012 parliamentary elections as Party of Regions, but this would be in the same way inaccurate. Hence, the claim “40 seats (as UDAR)” should be removed. --Mdphddr (talk) 02:44, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for correcting this; but please in future do not use talkpages for expressing personal opinions on a subject (as you did when you called UDAR "petty"). Besides you might be correct de-jure but since Ukrayinska Pravda characterized the party as "a myth with no website, unknown phone numbers and non existing addresses" in May and June 2014 I assume that Petro Poroshenko Bloc used a lot of the facilities UDAR had in the election because before July 2014 Petro Poroshenko Bloc seemed to only exist in name from 2006 till late summer 2014 (and thus had no facilities for 8 years). — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 17:57, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Table for results of 17 July 2916 mid-term election[edit]

Below table I have have cut down for results of 17 July 2016 mid-term election. In the early hours (local Ukrainian time) these people appear to have won their constituency. See also this Kyiv Post article.

Final results were announced today. I changed the『Votes %』accordingly and I just placed the above template in the article.

In the most articles about elections at the bottom of infobox there are information about prime-ministers: before and after election. Why info about speakers instead in Ukrainian elections articles? Let's change it for general consistency! Olek Bokhan (talk) 20:32, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
