Overall: In general the article looks good, the main issue is that it needs to be updated with the election results. Some minor points: I don't think the "Supporters of the measure..." paragraphs need to be in the lead. Now that the measure has passed, I think the "Reactions" heading is probably better as "Supporters and opponents" or maybe "Opinions"? I would expect "Reactions" to cover the measure's passage.
