Feedback from New Page Review process[edit]

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: A little early but good start and thanks for your work..

Democratic Candidates[edit]

I added the Dem candidates who have declared per ballotpedia, but it seems to have been removed... is there any reason why? Cas2024 (talk) 18:58, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know who removed your information, so I cannot give a reason why. Looking at the candidates currently on Ballotpedia, though:
Preston Love Jr. announced that he's running against Pete Ricketts, which would be the Special Election 2024 United States Senate special election in Nebraska [1]https://nebraskaexaminer.com/2024/01/11/democrat-preston-love-a-north-omaha-advocate-to-run-for-u-s-sen-pete-ricketts-seat/
Paul Theobald has filed, but declined to run. You can see that on the Special Election Wikipedia page.
Michael Janulewicz filed, but failed to provide the FEC enough information/did not respond in time to the FEC's RFAI. See [2]https://www.fec.gov/data/candidate/S4NE00181/?tab=filings When you look at the FEC summary for US Senate - Nebraska, Janulewicz does not show up as a candidate [3]https://www.fec.gov/data/elections/senate/NE/2024/ 24.252.58.179 (talk) 23:38, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dan Osborn portrait[edit]

Would it be possible for anyone to find and upload a portrait of Dan Osborn to Wikimedia Commons? That way should he receive 5% of the popular vote or more he wouldn't just be faceless. CY223 (talk) 09:50, 11 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Source - Candidate - Todd Newbold[edit]

https://nebraskaexaminer.com/2024/01/11/democrat-preston-love-a-north-omaha-advocate-to-run-for-u-s-sen-pete-ricketts-seat/

According to this article, Todd Newbold is going against Preston Love Jr. in the Democratic Primary for Rickett's Seat - which would be in the Special Election. Would it be best to move his name to 2024 United States Senate special election in Nebraska?24.252.58.179 (talk) 23:28, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I created a draft for Dan Osborn. Any help with expansion would be appreciated. Thriley (talk) 23:48, 18 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
