I removed "William Holden's acceptance speech is currently the shortest on record: 'Thank you.'" I can find nothing to support this. --Pi3832 16:21, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

All the rest of the article series need this template and maybe Template:Film as well. A link has to be given in all articles to the main article. I tried some, but some need a new intro, like the other years, so the link can enter as in: The 26th Academy Awards...etc. Hoverfish 18:47, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In the table under the "Awards" heading for the section of Best Costume Design, Black and White, From Here to Eternity is listed as the winner, but this award was actually received by Roman Holiday. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.120.105.128 (talk) 05:07, 23 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
