Lars Schenk and Frank Horn wrote SH CopyStar for Windows. It's similar to 2M and FDFORMAT in that it can format floppy disks to many non-standard formats with different numbers of sectors and tracks. It can also copy disks that have unformatted areas, either duplicating the unformatted areas or not. It can also read a disk into memory, defragment the files then write them to another disk. It can also create uncompressed and compressed disk images. It's a hard to find program now. Bizzybody (talk) 04:12, 22 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
