Oppose. The press release (which I found in 15 seconds) is clear that Telus is buying only ADT's Canadian operations. Transactions for consumer brands this big are almost always announced in press releases. Next time, learn how to use Google to find press releases before proposing meritless article moves. --Coolcaesar (talk) 17:09, 14 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

"Brinks Home Security acquisition" should be changed to "Broadview Acquisition"[edit]
Brinks Home Security changed its name to Broadview Security in 2009. ADT purchased Broadview in 2010. I'd like to propose we update the headline for this section to 'Broadview Acquisition' since it's much more accurate. Also, given that there's another company that also does business as 'Brinks Home Security' operating currently, it also ensures there's no confusion among people who read the article. From reading this article it seems to only cover ADT's US operations. Why is ADT's UK operations not covered or even mentioned in this article as far as I can see. For reference ADT's UK website is online at https://www.adt.co.uk. Could anyone give me some clarification? Cheers! Slender (talk) 11:55, 26 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Is the operations section even necessary? I am not able to find any updated information on ADT Operations from reliable sources. It seems like a section that is not necessary if the information is outdated anyways. PubHobbyst (talk) 18:08, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
