Untitled[edit]

Whoa - this is really poorly written. Mostly copied from the AoW2 article, poor formatting and the like. - Alphax 15:39, Sep 23, 2004 (UTC)

And now for something completely different:

Damn! I keep forgetting to sign. Oh well, I might as well put in the sysreqs:

Hey some really exciting things have been happening in the aow:sm community, it seems that they have put together a new patch for the game, an unoficial v1.4, this seems to be generating some excitement and triumph studios appears to have given it their blessing.

however I dont know If that should really be in the main text, kinda new to posting in wiki, let me know what u think? is this wikipedia like information? --24.83.182.3 00:59, 29 November 2005 (UTC)Stillborn[reply]

Personally I think it is worth to mention the patch.

Recent article with one of the creators of AoW series. He makes no guarantees but mentions an interest in creating Age of Wonders 3. Worthy of mention either here or in the regular Age of Wonders wiki! http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2010/09/24/age-of-wonders-re-release-also-interview/ (Blake00 (talk) 08:55, 2 March 2011 (UTC))[reply]

Units[edit]

Why isn't Cannon included in the unit/race table? Chronolegion (talk) 20:43, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

95.96.220.54 (talk) 18:31, 3 February 2010 (UTC)I noticed Ballista and Air Balloon are also missing. Apparently no one made room for units made in building hall/siege workshop/master guild. Maybe an idea of upgrading?[reply]

Add-on[edit]

Why isn't it considered a standalone add-on like Warhammer 40k - Dark Crusade or Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business? Solely because of the marketing strategy? --Humanophage (talk) 16:59, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've never played Jagged Alliance, but with Dark Crusade, you need the other games in the series to play those races in multiplayer. With this game, there's really no reason to buy AoW2 if you already have Shadow Magic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.10.170.59 (talk) 15:17, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
