Alfa Romeo Giulietta (nuova) or Alfa Romeo Nuova Giulietta[edit]

Following the discussion on the talk page for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta, I've created the Alfa Romeo Giulietta (nuova) page. Does anyone have any reliable source to determine if the name should be Alfa Romeo Giulietta (nuova) or Alfa Romeo Nuova Giulietta? --Xagent86 05:04, 2 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why the lowercase n for nuova? qwertytam 02:46, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I followed the convention used in the Italian Wikipedia page for the same model of car which also used lower case. However, the correct thing to do would be to refer to reliable sources and decide what is the correct name, obtain agreement with other Alfa Romeo page editors and change it if needed. --Xagent86 (Talk | contribs) 13:02, 7 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Is "nuova" part of the name? If it's part of a proper name, it would be understandably written in Italian. If not, should it not be in English ("new"), since this is en.wikipedia.org. Oddly enough, I was going to reference the "New Beetle" but interestingly, it's called the "New Beetle" on the German language site, and you would think it would be the "Neuer Beetle" but then again, if it followed the German lexicon strictly, it would be『Neuer Käfer,』I think, and I don't think VW called it a『Käfer』in German in the first place (VW Type 1 or Model 1 I believe.)Caisson 06 (talk) 16:48, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Its not part of the name, but was called like this, Giulietta (new) doesnt tell much and could be mixed with the new 2010 giulietta ... dont know if they have any name for new beetle, should ask from German people. If we gonna change these names we should discuss it first at WP:CARS, since this case is in many other car articles. We should have general standard here how car articles are named--Typ932 T·C 14:30, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
