There are only two sources here, and one is essentially sourced from another. The question in this article is whether the organization of Washington mainly represented mixed-ancestry Americans (African-American and Jews) and African-American converts to Judaism (most reformist and conservative), or that Washington is mainly referring to Black Hebrews movement and grouping mixed-ancestry, converted, Black Hebrews, and Ethiopian-affiliated groups into "Black Jews". According to the main source of this article, which is by the way only a journalist report, it seems the organization is a king of fusion of all concepts, with more affiliation with Black Hebrews, rather than conventional Jewish communities.
