Djehutyhotep

[edit]

Hello Udimu, I was searching for some extra sources to expand the article, yet I have found that there were two Djehutyhotep bearing a similar office:

I am confused, since it looks like the brother of this Amenemhat should have been the second one rather than the first. Khruner (talk) 23:30, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

HiKhruner. The brother is Djehutyhotep also called Paitsj, prince of Tehkhet. The Djehutyhotep, prince of Mi'am is a chief/prince of the region next to Tehkhet. In the very moment I only have the exhibition catalogue, that I cite. I guess all these chiefs deserve a article. best wishes -- Udimu (talk) 05:30, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
So both those princes had a brother called Amenemhat. I've just discovered the existence of such office thanks to this article, I guess too that these chiefs deserve their articles. Khruner (talk) 10:16, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I do not have the right bibliography here, Iam just wondering whether there is a confusion between the both. Djehutyhotep also called Paitsj was for sure prince of Teh-khet. I can check the chiefs of Miam in the comming days. bw -- Udimu (talk) 10:24, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
just checked the german wiki article on the Prince of Miam de:Fürst von Miam (written by me, hahaha). There is no Djehutyhotep with this title. There seems to be indeed a confusion. There is only one person: The prince of Tehkhet, Djehutyhotep also called Paitsj. best wishes -- Udimu (talk) 10:29, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
