• Because it isn't a stub. The article is over 1500 characters and has defined sections. Also, this is, literally (in the original sense of the term, as opposed to how it's often used nowadays), ALL the information that is available on this project. - The Bushranger _{One ping only} 18:55, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There may be something of use in this, used as a reference in the LGM-118 Peacekeeper. In addition, much of the background info from the Peacekeeper article seems equally applicable to this article.Nigel Ish (talk) 00:48, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
