On the two episodes of The Saint that featured Mr. Sullivan (The Ghost That Giggled, September 17, 1950; Dossier On A Doggone Dog, September 24, 1950) the announcer indicated that Vincent Price was "snowed in in Paris", and that MGM had "graciously allowed" Mr. Sullivan to fill the role.
