It's stated twice in the article, that "The treaty will not enter into force until it has been ratified or acceded to by at least 30 parties." Yet the infobox says the number of ratifiers is 30. Something is wrong. --Ehitaja (talk) 21:02, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
