I've added a reference to Sean Gregan (a footballer) as a Billingham resident. His profile on Wikipedia says nothing of Billingham, but Sean was brought up from a young child on Low Grange Avenue where he lived with his family (in fact I always assumed he had been born there). I lived in the next street to him and his Uncle and my older brother were very very good friends. I don't live in Billingham but have been there a few times before and seen more notable places around it and feel a new bunch of photos like on Stockton and Middlesbrough should be added to it.
