Especially with the growth of social media standards and a shift in culture in general, I believe that body shaming is a pretty important topic to discuss. Thus, I have changed the importance from low to mid.

True, as far as it goes, but such messages are very widespread and the norm in advertising to adults. The fashion, cosmetics, 'life style' and many / most other industries present the same emphasis about attractiveness to everyone, not just to children.
