There are some major inaccuracies to this section of the page. I have lived in Windsor all of my life and know a fair bit about the company - admittedly I do have friends and family that work there. Caesars Windsor is owned by the OLG, operated by WCL Windsor Casino Limited and its shareholders are Harrah's Entertainment and Hiltons Hotels Corp.

Image:Casino windsor.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
