This page definitely reads like it was written for something other than wikipedia, and the content was duplicated in the article, suggesting it was cut and pasted from somewhere. Is this article a copyright violation? Where is it from? Wikipedia can't use most written material without express permission unless it's in the public domain or something. Also, I think it would be good to have the concepts in the article explained in more plain english, so an average person reading it could have a hope of understanding it. In addition, the article doesn't cite any sources. Lastly, in trying to clarify some stuff, there's a chance that I made subtle factual errors, so I hope someone with more knowledge will fact-check the article.
