"Claymates"[edit]

I undid this edit [1] because Urban Dictionary is not a reliable source. If the same information can be found in a better source I don't object to its restoration.   Will Beback  talk  23:05, 30 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Celebrity Apprentice[edit]

Does anyone want to punch up a paragraph about his apperances on Trump's show, I think it deserves more than a single sentence, it doesn't have to be much, maybe one paragraph. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.66.64.225 (talk) 15:36, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality of political section[edit]

Hey everyone! I think that the political section reads really one-sided and politically partisan so I tagged it with WP:NPOV. Feel free to discuss here how we can improve it; I'm not that active on Wikipedia anymore so I don't have the time to make the changes myself, unfortunately. Nomader (talk) 16:24, 29 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The election is long over, so I simply deleted all the breathless fanboy coverage of the primary campaign, and the speculation about what might happen last November. I left a simple factual statement that he ran and lost. No more POV, so I removed the tag. -- 76.15.128.65 (talk) 03:46, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Lead should be rewritten or condensed[edit]

An intro more than four paragraphs is discouraged per WP:LEAD and may prompt a reader to skip the intro. --George Ho (talk) 20:31, 24 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

NYT: Clay Aiken bought fake twitter followers and retweets[edit]

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/01/27/technology/social-media-bots.html

Devumi also sells bots to reality television stars, who can parlay fame into endorsement and appearance fees. Sonja Morgan, a cast member on the Bravo show “The Real Housewives of New York City,” uses her Devumi-boosted Twitter feed to promote her fashion line, a shopping app and a website that sells personalized “video shout-outs.” One former “American Idol” contestant, Clay Aiken, even paid Devumi to spread a grievance: his customer service complaint against Volvo. Devumi bots retweeted his complaint 5,000 times.

Mr. Aiken and Ms. Morgan did not respond to requests for comment.

Potential Section(?) Addition: Gay Future Podcast[edit]

Hey y'all. I'm really new to editing Wikipedia, so I'm not sure if this would constitute a section, just a bullet note, or something else, but Clay Aiken was fictionalized as a prominent character in the podcast Gay Future. In it, he becomes the president of the United States after making a clandestine deal with a red rock, and enacts the gay revolution. I... feel like this should be included somewhere on the page but really don't feel qualified to decide how or where it is added yet. Any input would be appreciated.
