I've added this officer to the list with the dates 1740-1750, though I haven't a source for it. 1740 was the year he was appointed to the Irish Privy Council, and as the C-in-C seems to have been made a PC on appointment if he wasn't one already, it seems reasonable to assume this was the date Parker took up the post.
