Not really sure where to propose this best, but I'd like to propose moving all "Committee on ..." articles to "European Parliament Committee on ...". This would avoid any ambiguity in the titles that currently don't make clear they are European Parliament committees. This is already done for e.g. US House/Senate committees, see Template:United States congressional committees. If nobody objects, I will move the pages.
