Is there still an APAC in Decorah? I was under the impression that the APAC in Decorah closed within the past couple years.

Oppose: school districts are separate from municipalities; both are considered inherently notable, and as the district extends well outside the city itself, it is clearly quite separate from the city. Comment The article on Decorah is not about the municipal government there, it is about the community - the local government and the school district are just aspects of this.
