I think it should be pointed out that the case, which caused Denim Day to be created has been overturned. As of 2008, the Italian Supreme Court affirmed that wearing tight jeans is not grounds for defense against rape. Caffeyw (talk) 18:41, 18 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This page is inviting rapists to rape women wearing jeans. In the mind of a rapist this will contribute to their fantasy. Even boys have difficulty finding loose fitting jeans for a number of reasons. 216.211.247.174 (talk) 01:28, 30 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
