The article states the circulation is 209,000 without reference nor year. I found a source from BBC that listed the circulation at 270,000 from 2006. "The press in Germany". BBC. 31 October 2006. Does anyone have a more recent source? DutchTreat (talk) 14:34, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
There should a full paragraph as this "newspaper" is notorious for trying to incite hate against Turks and Turkey at every opportunity. As much of Zionist Axel Springer Group's so called "journalist media" which is actually a propaganda machine. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.231.101.95 (talk) 14:15, 24 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Before other panelists could weigh in, he already got response from the moderation staff:
Lieben Gruß Die WELT-Community-Redaktion" (Quite a lecture/rebuke!)
After that there were responses from two other online penalists: one in favor of "Adorno" and one in favour of WELT. The latter wrote in one post:
And in the second follow-up post this got even practical:
This user didn't get any rebuke from the content moderation. That's a telling example for the very selective stance of "DIE WELT" moderation staff in regard to toxic online comments on their webpage. For even one moderate conversational violation ("Ironie nie!") from someone who's against the political goal of DIE WELT, there's swift rebuke -- but for repeated outrageous content from one who's considered on the right side, there's silence.
