I agree. This article reads like campaign literature from his campaign for governor. It is more than just a little POV, it is COMPLETELY POV. Would somebody who knows something about this person please edit it to be neutral by putting in at least something critical of him? Sentences like "Aiona is a dedicated family man and leader in his church and community." are completely POV and un-encyclopedic. I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:
