Idea[edit]

I think it would be a good idea to base this off of The Legend of Zelda (series)orAir (series), since they are good articles.--Clyde (talk) 23:28, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reception[edit]

This section needs a lot of work. Half of it is spent making a case for a consistent decline in quality, when the differences in releases were as small as 2 or 3 percentage points. Is this within the margin of error? Does anyone know what the margin of error would be or how to determine it? Is this entire approach too subjective and trivial for what is supposed to be an encyclopedic POV? Does metacritic even provide useful information, in this context, when numerous articles and blogs by industry professional deride review score systems as useless, at best?

Moving on, the graph provided is comical, including expansions because they fit the desired trend, while leaving out the mobile full-game releases discussed in the main body because they defy it. This graphic would probably be better used as an example of how NOT to do statistical analysis. Disgreycedcat (talk) 08:22, 29 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 31 August 2019[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. – The series article makes more sense at the base name. Pageviews of the first game are roughly double that of the series page and every other series game, showing that people in search of the series are probably getting sent here instead first. ZXCVBNM (TALK) 00:19, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
