Perhaps the tagger would like to discuss ways in which the facts in this article could be presented in a "neutral" way.
Perhaps speedy removal of the tag would be more appropriate.
That {{advert}} tag had been around for a long time. I doubt it ever did sound like an advert. However, that doesn't mean the article is good. It really could do with references and some cleanup to bring it more into line with other Wikipedia article.
