RE: Notability:[edit]

See revision that includes Federal Election Commission complaint against Floyd Brown, registered by his own client, George H.W. Bush. This page is worth keeping only if it can be referenced. The only reference so far is the one I just added to address the notability issues.Phoebe13 (talk) 16:05, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not to cause any offense, but I re-sourced the material about Obama attack ads so that it comes from a neutral(presumably) source rather than one that is regarded as a sort of hate-site. The direct link would be more appropriate on the page for that site, so this page just links to it there. It's still accessible, just not offered as any kind of authoritative site.Phoebe13 (talk) 15:08, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Google labels floyd brown's site harmful:[edit]

This site may harm your computer.

Image copyright problem with Image:HortonWillie.jpg[edit]

The image Image:HortonWillie.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --15:55, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

I am proposing merging ExposeObama.com into this article. ExposeObama is Floyd's anti-Obama site. Anything said about it is really about Floyd since it is his outlet. Redddogg (talk) 05:18, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think merging is ok, if content remains as is. SHould be ok, wiki-wise. Not that I'm an expert...Phoebe13 (talk) 22:10, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I will go ahead and do that. Thanks. Redddogg (talk) 21:39, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

I removed the picture: Image:Floyd-Brown.png. It was a screen shot from CBS, probably copyrighted and not a very good picture anyway. Redddogg (talk) 21:39, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Footage Archive?[edit]

I will post links to any video clips available in public domain archives...should this be separate section? There is an old 48 Hours CBS clip: "So You Want to Be President?" that devotes considerable air time to this subject, but haven't been able to locate any public footage so far. IF anyone can steer me to that, that'd be helpful. The segment was called "Behind Enemy Lines" and was about opposition researchers in general. Thanks...Phoebe13 (talk) 20:50, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Separate Wiki Proposed for "National Campaign Fund"[edit]

...any thoughts on this welcome. Not sure what is here is accurate, but the subject is going to get a bit unwieldy as time passes and the list of projects grow. Phoebe13 (talk) 22:07, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Brown's push to Impeach Obama[edit]

Brown has started a push to impeach Obama. And this should probably be looked into and included.
