I have create this page largely as an English translation of:

I pared back some of the information as it was just a blow by blow description of Album releases which is already in the summaries. I have included original references. I think it needs more references (especially to the work at Lyon Centre) and will add those in as soon as I can source them.

Also could someone fix whatever I have done wrong. References say sI have cited no sources, but I have used ref and cite templates.
