Incorporating ACA funding uses

[edit]

I will incorporate some background information about Medical-Cal and Medicaid. I will also give some background on the ACA. Then I will expand into these programs and explore how the funding of the ACA is used in California for Covered California and Medi-Cal. I will introduce a model that can predict enrollment numbers in these insurance programs. I have a few review research articles that have been peer reviewed to use for these sections and will incorporate information from them in a neutral manner.
