The structure shown is wrong. The two SH groups should not be there in the figure and in the formula. The sulphurs in the thioethers are donated by the cysteines in the protein, as stated in the text. The molecular weight is 618.50. See the HEC definition in the protein data bank, showing the heme before being attached to the cysteines by opening of the double bonds [1].
