This page should not be removed. A simple Google Books search of "ipodrip" brought back no fewer than 19 separate books that discuss it. According to Wikipedia's guidelines, this makes it a notable piece of software.
On a personal note: I own this software, and it is extremely useful. Hence the idea that it could be considered not notable is completely foreign to me.
