There is a German equivalent

[edit]

There is a German equivalent to this page, but for some reason I cannot add it. However this might be just the result of my incompetence regarding Wikipedia so far. [Internationale Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit] --Maximilianpower (talk) 17:58, 28 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Cases

[edit]

I was wondering about this process and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a list of cases illustrating the application of this would be useful in NAFTA and other treaties. One unresolved case being pertinant is the Tobacco plain packaging—investor-state arbitration (Plain cigarette packaging#Tobacco industry response) case under the 1993 Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of Hong Kong for the Promotion and Protection of Investments (Hong Kong Agreement). The article Investor-state dispute settlement has a list - this article now links to that one. -- Paul foord (talk) 01:37, 8 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The same as "international commercial arbitration"?

[edit]

Is there a sufficient distinction to warrant separate articles? I'm asking with an eye to merging:
