User:Grahamline is the "Mike Graham" cited in the article. [1] StAnselm (talk) 19:30, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. I wrote Jack’s bio. Grahamline (talk) 19:37, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just saw you added back the references to Gary North and Chad Van Dixhorn. I interviewed North before he died. North knew Jack earlier in their career, but didn’t know him well later. North is known for his views on theonomy, views Jack disagreed with. Citing North as one of the few references in this article is actually unhelpful to explaining Jack Miller’s life and ministry. There are far more far better people to cite that are not admitted theonomists.
Regarding Van Dixhoorn citation, I addressed that in my dissertation directly and indirection in the book.
Referencing Tim Trumper, a colleague of VanDixhoorn, and a more irenic critic of Miller would be better since Trumper dismisses VanDixhoorn’s critique. The citation by Trumper can be found at “When History Teaches Us Nothing: The Recent Reformed Sonship Debate in Context (2008), Wipf & Stock. Grahamline (talk) 19:47, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Interestingly, I initially started by simply correcting the date of Jack’s PhD on Wikipedia. As I noticed some other errors and poor references, I corrected those. As I think more about it, as Jack’s biographer, in the coming months I will likely review and rewrite other portions of the wikipedia entry to more accurately describe the whole of Jack Miller’s life and ministry—including proponents and critics. Grahamline (talk) 19:53, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Here at Wikipedia, we have to be careful about citing ourselves - see WP:SELFCITE. You replaced Tchividjian's quote about how Miller summed up the gospel with your own - even though yours was later. It looks like plagiarism, in fact. StAnselm (talk) 15:55, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
