This page contradicts the history of blood transfusion page. That page says that the boy survived and that Denys transfused several other people prior to the practice being outlawed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.125.2.18 (talk) 02:13, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I was about to comment on this. I assume he briefly recovered, then worsened and died? How long passed between the two events? Drutt (talk) 13:10, 28 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This page now contradicts the 1667 page, where it says the boy died and Jean-Baptiste Denys was accused of his murder. Also this page says that 9 ounces were transfused to the boy, when the pages external link says "about 12 ounces". The reference page has moved too, the link takes you to a home page for UAB School of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology.--120.16.239.77 (talk) 06:31, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
