Tisha b'Av is the ninth day of the month of Av in the Hebrew Calendar--it doesn't fall on the same Gregorian day every year.

This article has had less than 50 edits in the last month. If you look at an article like January 23 there were 50 edits in the last week. In accordance with the guidelines, I've started weeding the Births and Deaths sections by removing entries for celebrities with 0-4 articles in other languages. Where possible, these have been transferred to the relevant Year in Topic articles. As well as making the lists more manageable, this will help with the globalization effort.
