I understood that you believed that, but since the articles have different names, and the Keldur Institute is, er, named as an institute, it isn't ambiguous. A disambiguation page is generally considered overkill for 2 items. I've added short descriptions so anyone searching or linking will instantly see what they are pointing at. If you're really worried then we can make this Keldur, South Iceland. Chiswick Chap (talk) 13:22, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think a hatnote is justified because the institute is also referred to as Keldur. I think Keldur Institute is OK as a disambiguated title, but Keldur Institute doesn't seem to be the common name in English. Worldcat has Keldur, Institute for Experimental Pathology, University of Iceland with a comma. Keldur Institute could also have a hatnote to make it clear that it is not in Keldur. I agree that a disambiguation page is probably overkill. TSventon (talk) 13:54, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
