Kevin Horkin Has been a local political figures who have received significant press coverage.He has campaigned for and achieved some significant changes in the law on the sale of over the counter reading glasses. He was a high profile candidate in the General Election for the Hyndburn Parliamentary Constituency which the article examines in depth with several references.
