The last sentence of the introduction is misleading: “Rwabugiri is sometimes attributed for the tactics used by the RPF during the Rwandan genocide to retain Tutsi superiority .”
“Retain Tutsi superiority” is a potentially inflammatory and highly biased phrase. The RPF was an invading army during the 1994 conflict, not the institutional power. While the RPF was a Tutsi organization, the claim that it advocated for “superiority” is both biased and subjective. Therefore this sentence should be rephrased to more directly describe Rwabugiri’s influence on RPF military tactics, or removed altogether. 41.186.78.122 (talk) 09:42, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
