The Bemba language page claims that Chibemba has the most speakers in Zambia, whereas this page says it is Nyanja. Which is it? If there are no reliable statistics, then claims for the largest language in Zambia should be omitted. languagegeek (talk) 13:21, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The reference
was introduced in the 2nd edit, in support of with text that has been removed at some point since.
I also converted
into a {{reflist}} ref. And Ha!: I had restated
on the general principle that "guarantee" tends to be taken to mean "ensures", which is questionable re rights in even the most liberal of democracies, and farfetched in the 3rd world, leaving my own verb, "states", more accurate than "guarantees". Well, now it turns out that Article 112 indeed includes pt. g, providing that
and that Article 111 says that none of these Directives gives anyone a right that they can base a lawsuit on. I conclude that in the context of Zambian languages, mention of the Constitution, outside a verifiable account of many more practical and more directly relevant matters, is non-notable and misleading: the article can only be improved by massive qualifications and clarifications of the "guarantee" -- or by the removal that i've done.

There's an interesting piece here. It would be great to add something of this to article. I may get around to it but, if anyone else has the time and skills, don't wait for me! Hybrid2712 (talk) 13:44, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
