# of species[edit]

Is this the only species in its phylum? --Savant13 13:49, 18 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes.--Xvazquez 08:56, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Taxon ranks[edit]

The Gordon reference (dated 2009) indicates that the taxon ranks of Micrognathozoa and Gnathifera are unsettled, but that Micrognathozoa along with Gnathostomulida, Rotifera, and Acanthocephala should be treated as sub-taxons of Gnathifera. I don't really care which ranks are assigned to taxons in the taxobox, but if Micrognathozoa ia to be listed as a Phylum, then Gnathifera should be listed as a superphylum. -- Donald Albury 18:34, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is not an External Link Modified it is just a Question[edit]

Are Limnognathia maerski unicellular or multicellular? 50.204.33.189 (talk) 17:30, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you look in the taxobox in the upper right cormer of the article page, you will see that this is an animal, and if you click on 'Animalia', you will find that all animals are multicellular. That is the beauty of hyperlinks ("wikilinks" in Wikipedia speak); you can learn more and more by following links to other articles. Donald Albury 21:35, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
