I removed the sentence stating that book two said that Chix was no longer able to fly. Holly acknowledged that Chix 'wouldn't be flying any more missions on that wing', which could just as easily mean that he was capable of flying, just not for very far or very long. --Killiana19:49, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I know that this is really minor, but shouldn't Lope get a section? (Artemis Fowl, Council member, possibly the most obscure character since he/she's only mentioned once) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.137.171.238 (talk) 00:04, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Cahartez actually has some info: he's Chairman, Root's supporter, has a funny hat, likes protocol, and "runs a fleet of curry vans" or something. Oh, and he's mentioned in AF, EC, and OD. BunnyFlying (talk) 01:30, 19 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Is there any better way to list the characters than alphabetically? By their first appearance in books or by species etc, it might look more organized that way.KJacket09 (talk) 08:20, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
What's your definition of "appear"? She's MENTIONED in Book 1: (Root) "Possibly Vinyaya, she's always had a thing for me." (something like that, that wasn't quoted directly from the book.) In Book 2, it's "The Council was huddled behind a wall of troops, all except Wing Commander Vinyaya, who had demanded to be given an electric rifle. She hadn't missed yet." (from Trouble's POV, but not spoken) So technically, I suppose she only APPEARS in the second book... because it's a direct appearence... hope that helped. Note: Is Vinyaya's age mentioned, I think I read that she is somewhat 500 years old (proobable case, I am mistaken) but someone should check it out (possibly mentioned in 'the lost Colony')

Is the color of the characters' eyes/hair really notable? I mean, I haven't read all the books yet, so I understand the definite possibility that the situation may apply differently to individual characters. I took out some eye colours a few minutes ago. I just would appreciate the opinions of others on this topic. IceUnshattered (talk) 22:57, 13 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I would think the eye/hair color is something to be noted. The eye color plays a major part of Artemis' plan in EC cdmajava There are always possibilities... 01:45, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The eye color continues to play a major part in each succeeding book. The iris cams all need to be matched as closely as possible to the users eye colors; and as of The Lost Colony, Artemis' and Holly's eye switch is mentioned continually.cdmajava There are always possibilities... 23:24, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Dr. Argon actually "writes" the Pro- and Epilogue to Artemis Fowl (novel). I think this should be mentioned somewhere in his section.cdmajava There are always possibilities... 01:52, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I just don't like doing work and then coming back and finding it reverted. So, I post my ideas first.cdmajava There are always possibilities... 23:22, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think every person should have one, in case someone just needs a quick bio, and doesn't want to read a whole page. So people like Butler should still have the character profile box thing. XRoyalSinx 5:59, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
where the hell did they come from. there's no sourcing for either of them and and i havent ever heard of these charecters. generally the elf charecters in the book have plant like connotations like holly, root, etc but sarah and sabrina? sounds made up! i'm deleting them. revert if you can prove theor existance Tca achintya (talk) 06:26, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
