Alright thanks. You are doing a good job. But can you show me the sources you found for Steve McQeen? I also heard that he was part Slovak. I would like to atleast read it. I thought Paul Newman was primarily Jewish who merely had ancestors that lived in Slovakia. Did he have some ethnic slovak roots? Also isnt Andy Warhol Jewish originally who just had ancestors living in slovakia?
Also, why is Jon Voight back on the list? The data of the allegedly Slovak father (Elmer Voight) is is rather sparse. He was born in 1909, but no place of birth is mentioned. He's usually referred to as Czechoslovakian or Czech immigrant, which complicates things further. 71.198.59.8117:20, 12 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
furthermore "Elmer Voight" sounds German, Elmar and Voigt are very common names in Germany, 1/3 of Czechoslovakian population belonged to the German minority before WW2. --217.224.31.4417:08, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
