Editors who violate this restriction may be blocked by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offence. After being warned, contentious topics procedure can be used against any editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behaviour, or any normal editorial process. Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions. Editors may report violations of these restrictions to the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard. It would seem fair to add that one of his videos urged boycott of British/Jewish shop Marks & Spenser and contained the following Lyrics "They (the Israelis) drop bombs on little girls while the sleep in their beds. Nothing is more antisemitic than Zionism"

In reaction to this, the Jewish Chronicle published an article ^[1] saying that:

″Lowkey's reference to 'zombies and Zionists' came in lyrics which attacked an alleged powerful elite of neo-cons". and that "The rapper declined to comment on his use of the word 'Zionists' in the rap.″ Jacker1968 (talk) 16:18, 12 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
