@Success think: There shouldn't really be a reason to have a blank sub-section unless it is seen as being needed. As for why the IPs are deleting maintenance tags without an edit summary I can't answer that. All I can really say is they are IPs and they generally don't know what an edit summary is or what Wikipedia's rules are. @Blaze Wolf: I am not edit-war, I just added maintenance template like it needs ce for tone, it's not looks like a idel wp article should look, I don't have any interest in this team, just make it semi-protected otherwise give these IP people space. Also, IP users are never required to register.
